Mitchell McKinney is a white male, 48 years of age, 5’10” tall, 170 lbs., brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing military fatigues (camouflage). (Photo attached)
Troopers have been unable to make contact with McKinney to check on his welfare. Attempts to locate him have been unsuccessful and there is a real concern for his safety and welfare. It is believed that Mitchell McKinney may be in the area of Woodland Beach.
If anyone has any information in reference to his whereabouts, they are asked to contact Troop 9 at 302-378-5749.
