Too bad he didn't 'resist arrest' with a weapon - then they would have needed to stop his attempt at further terrorism......isn't that what they do here.....?!

It doesn't appear that he was actually one of the shooters. Looks like it was just a kid that was trying to clear his name. He has a solid alibi that is supported by MANY different people saying he was in school at the time.
But the terrorists DID rob a gas station in northern France too! So clearly they are all STILL OUT THERE
