A mall Santa and his elf have been fired after they turned away a seven-year-old girl with autism because she was there with her service dog, Pup-Cake.
Abcde Santos, whose name is pronounced 'Ab-Suh-Dee', her family and the dog waited in line for 30 minutes to see Santa at The Shops in Mission Viejo, California on Sunday.
But as she neared St Nick, he turned her away.
'To her dismay, Santa was afraid of her service dog,' family friend Julie Miller wrote in a statement on the dog's Facebook page.

So we have a disability vs. disability case ensuing now. You just gotta love it!
I have a friend who is very afraid of dogs including mine, who is a gentle teddy bear. I would never force my dog upon this friend and if Abcde-LOL (this asinine name speaks alone to the low class nature of this family) and her family had an ounce of decency flowing through their blood they would have respected the man's fear.
My point exactly 10:45!
stupid
Come on they offered to remove the dog....who cares what her name is or "Low Class" her family is...she is a Child trying to see Santa..give me a BREAK!!!!
the guys name is A-B-C-D-E. Now do you see why his name is ridiculous? AS for the dog, once it was removed the problem should have been solved. Its pretty clear ABCDE was there for a paycheck and not for the love of community service, but again thats not really anything out of the ordinary.
Sorry ABCDE you messed up. Now go home to your wife FGHIJ and you kids KLMNO, PQRST, UVWXY and Z.
Bundle this and the Saylor case to save everyones time.
1:28 the girls name is Abcde not the santa. Learn to read.
