On Tuesday, police arrested 36-year-old Christopher Russell Fox of Orpin Road in Randallstown, Maryland. He is being charged with multiple counts of sex offenses and sexual solicitation of a minor.
In July, a 14-year-old told police that he had chatted online with a person he believed was a 16-year-old boy. When the 14-year-old went to meet the alleged 16-year-old in person, he was surprised that the man, police say they later determined to be Fox, was an adult.
