All this is is a scam to pay for the 12 paid firemen who are working under the "free grant money" program.
Ok my connection tonight is so slow I can't even watch it. Do they say WHY they want the increase? The documents provided the other day never mentioned it either. If they get the increase can the city cut some funding they are getting? What will the new revenue go towards? Are they just raising the rates so they have more cash to waste?
