A social media forum for police — the “St. Louis Coptalk” site — that’s frequented by law enforcement agents from Ferguson and surrounding areas includes this dire warning to residents: Go get a gun.
The posting from a man who claimed to be a Ferguson-area police officer comes as the community is awaiting the ruling of a grand jury on Officer Darren Wilson that will determine if he faces criminal charges in the August shooting of Michael Brown, 18.
It reads, Vocativ reported: “If you do not have a gun, get one and get one soon. We will not be able to protect you or your family. It will be your responsibility to protect them, Our gutless commanders and politicians have neutered us. I’m serious, get a gun, get more than one, and keep one with you at all times.”

With the waiting period being so long, and the time 'til the announcement so short, is stealing one recommended as a faster method?
I would not expect anything less of a grand jury than an honest verdict. The rest of us should accept whatever they come up with. After a while the evidence gets dizzying, hearing it day after day on TV,and it must be even worse for the jury. The predicted cold spell has put this on hold. That was a wise decision, but it telegraphs the verdict.
Good advice
He will not be charged, there is plenty of evidence leaked already. The rioters will riot, destroy stuff and people will die. Hopefully law abiding citizens will protect their lives and property and kill everyone that is threatening their lives and property. This will set an example for any future riots. If they want to demonstrate peacefully accordingly they have a legal right to do so, but we all know that is not going to happen. So to all of my law abiding citizens who are armed. Don't take any Sh** from these thugs.
The entitlement crowd comprises the bulk of the rioters. With their city practically shut down they can't run on empty for very long.
Of course, odds are he won't be charged. Despite evidence of his aggressive (videotaped, by the way) and illegal intimidation of citizens and previous membership in a police department that had created such animosity in the black community that the entire department was DISBANDED.
A cop could pull out his gun and shoot you while you were pouring coffee at the 7-11, say he THOUGHT he saw a gun in your waistband and became "afraid".
After an "investigation" (in parenthesis for a reason), he's not afraid of anything, including jail.
