New Poll Shows Gap Between Gubernatorial Candidates Narrowing

BALTIMORE (WJZ) — There’s a new poll just out Sunday morning showing the gap between the top gubernatorial candidates is narrowing.

Vic Carter has more on the poll just released by our media partner The Baltimore Sun.

With election day just a little more than three weeks away, The Sun’s poll shows Lieutenant Governor Anthony Brown leading Republican candidate Larry Hogan by seven points–but many voters are still undecided.

The newly released poll asks who you would vote for if the election were held today. Forty-nine percent of those polled say they would vote for Brown, 42 percent say Hogan, 1 percent polled would choose another candidate and 8 percent are undecided.

I guess throwing voting Brown like taxes and being lied to?

Brown needs to be calling on his brother Pres Obola to close the borders NOW. Won't happen though. Brown and all the other democrats would rather see Americans die then offend one of their voter bases.

The people that vote for any third party candidates will probably help Brown take the election and we will continue on the downward spiral we are on as a state.

@ 1:14

Why would they want to do that? Last time there was a Republican Governor, there was (GASP) a budget SURPLUS!!!!! We can't have that again, can we??

Hogan needs all the republicans on the shore to support if we want Hogan to win.he could also use the democrats that are tired of overtaxed , business reduction and lying to vote Hogan!

The eastern shore isn't the problem.it is 3 counties named Prince George's Montgomery and Baltimore

7:17 Yes, but Hogan is pulling enough votes right now from the three big counties that if the western M.D. and eastern shore come out in full force Hogan can win.

@8:25, you left out AA

The gap should be ever widening soon, with Hogan in the lead.

Early voting starts October 23, but you have to get out and vote. Your vote does count.

Even this stock photo is subliminally supporting Brown.
1. blue background=democrats
2. Brown pictured left (first)
3. Brown pictured higher (more authoritative)
4. Brown photo scaled closer (more personal)
5. Brown photo displays whiter teeth (implies healthier)

I should consult for Republicans.
