"In the last few weeks, Brown has tried to change his tone because he knows Marylanders are fed-up with the tax and spend mentality of the Lt. Governor and his allies in Annapolis."

Fact: most black voters are Democrats. Fact: most black voters are middle class earners or worse. History will show that Democratic Lawmakers are tax and spend mentality people. Fact: many black voters will vote for a black candidate because he or she is black. In order to help themselves, black voters must understand that voting for the Party or the color of the candidate may be hurting them.
