Considering Councilwoman Laura Mitchell claims I obtained a pill bottle illegally from an evidence locker in the SPD, wow, things are really out of control.
Perhaps you can go there tonight and tell them to stop giving out the key to those lockers and releasing such vital evidence. Perhaps you can tell them to TELL THE TRUTH about a law enforcement officer who was in town for VERY questionable reasons and shot off his on duty service weapon for no reason. Or will Duncan cover up the TRUTH again.
As if attending this round table will actually accomplish true relief from the massive crime in Salisbury. NO, the public isn't your answer. The answer is, start reporting ALL crime so the public can actually realize THEY ARE IN SERIOUS DANGER living in Salisbury and need to get the hell out of here.
When you have Police Officers getting drunk and shooting off weapons and the Police cover up the truth, THINGS ARE REALLY BAD LADIES & GENTLEMEN.

He was a Prison Clown, not a real cop. And I'm sure it would be a cold day in hell before you got any cooperation from SPD, therefore that pill bottle did not come from their evidence locker. More likely an unlocked car or a trash can.

its been common knowledge that the mayor and salisbury pd have little to no respect for joe albero, but mitchell claims that he(albero) was given evidence from police custody. you cant have it both ways but she sure is trying to.

Duncan continues to run all the good senior officers out of the department with the help of her crony Scott Kolb. The lies these two have told is great.
At least Chief Webster didn't waste taxpayers money going after bikers and skateboarders.

Duncan is trying to get rid of any officer who signed the letter of support to make Ivan Barkley chief of police back when he was first made acting chief, before Duncan was a twinkle in the mayors eye. The sad part is that Barkley lost his spine and would not stand up for the officers who stood up for him.
Kolb seems to have a sociopathic personality and needs to retire ASAP!
Kolb will probably be your next Colonel. Two peas in pod. Hope he, Duncan and other asskissers in the department can do all the work. They certainly can't keep the vacancies filled. What do they have? 20 open positions?
I;m for 2A God given rights, not government restrictions on that right. They hold no water.
Kolb couldn't solve a real crime to save his life. All he knows how to do is build false cases against good officers and cover up for the corrupt ones.

I warned many about Kolb's lies and deceit before I left but it fell on deaf ears. One either knows the law and enforces it properly or one spends his days ass kissing knowing neither the job, honesty, character or integrity.
