Funny, the guy was totally wrong about the law he thought he was citing.
I don't know the local laws in Washington (I lived in Tacoma for 2 years, too), but give the cop his props ....he answered the citizens questions, calmly dealt with a citizen questioning his behavior and was cooperative.
I PROMISE that if he had tried THAT here in Wicomico County, he would have been handcuffed, searched, beaten up, and his picture would be posted in the barracks for future "special attention".
THAT'S how the police should treat their masters.
How did you know about the bulletin board with the photo's of trouble makers? This is supposed to be a secret, even Joes photo is on it!
