Oh great!! waste more money!
The Russians charged us $70 million per seat.
Boeing gets $4.2 billion and Space X gets $2.6 billion. With a "maximum of 6 missions."
So Boeing makes the equivalent of 60 man-trips in 6 launches. And Space X gets the equivalent of 37 man-trips in 6 launches.
It really seems like we're getting ripped off.
