BREAKING NEWS: Pentagon broke law in Bergdahl swap, watchdog finds
Nonpartisan Government Accountability Office rules Pentagon broke law by not properly informing Congress about the swap of Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl for five Taliban leaders earlier this year.
Sobbing John is too busy drinking and working on his tan to bring the I word up. Maybe the house will pass a resolution telling all how bad they feel about it. Now donate to my campaign sheeple.
1) The Bergdahl swap set a new benchmark in the eyes of the bad guys. Didn't work out too well for innocent Mr. Foley; his death is due to WH actions & inactions. Now trying to wash their hands by leaking raid info. Disgusting.
2) Folks griping about lack of action in the House against unlawful executive branch behavior are missing the big point, and it is a really big point! The House has passed numerous bills that seek to set things right or make improvements but scores of them are under Harry Reid's paperweight and will never see a vote in the Senate as long as he is power.
Holding the House and winning the Senate is the absolute key to holding the executive accountable.

What does it matter? Nobody's going to be prosecuted or fired for breaking the law.
Obama needs to be IMPEACHED.
So... that means what to us?
Obana and holder need to be arrested for Treason
Most of us citizens knew they broke the law when they did the deal. Our government constantly breaks the law. It is an illegal government.
Who cares nothing will ever be done about it.why should I follow the laws they don't!
We told you that first. You went and checked. Now you spread the news like you discovered it first.
Cracker, please!
