Somerset County Sheriff's Office reports most recent arrests

Walter Allen Wright Jr. of Washington DC, arrested 5-28-14 on a warrant for failing to appear in court. Wright was held on a $500.00 bond.

Marquice Lamar Bivens of Princess Anne, criminal summons’s served for 11 counts of theft under $1,000, forgery, uttering, and theft scheme. Bivens was released on signature pending court actions.

Isaiah Earl Adams of Washington DC, arrested 5-29-14 for possession of suspected marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. Adams was released on signature pending court actions. The arrest was the result of a traffic stop conducted by deputies during a “Click Or Ticket” check point in Princess Anne.

Marcel David Jones of Westover, arrested 5-29-14 on an out of county warrant. Jones was later released from the Commissioner’s Office, and returned to the Somerset County Detention Center.

Natalie Whittaker of Princess Anne, arrested 5-31-14 for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving impaired by alcohol, driver giving false information to police, fleing and eluding police, and multiple traffic infractions. Whittaker was released on signature pending court actions. The arrest was the result of an attempted traffic stop where Whittaker led deputies on a brief car chase, until she crashed her vehicle into a ditch in the area of Progress Lane, Princess Anne.

Amber leigh Schultz of Eden, arrested 6-3-14 on a warrant for violation of probation. Schultz was held without bond.

Calvin James Joseph Jr. of Princess Anne, arrested 6-6-14 for possession of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Joseph was released on signature pending court actions. The arrest was the result of a traffic stop conducted by deputies in the area of Mt. Vernon Rd.
