This Month Meeting - Thurs., June 19 - Dr. Marc Street - Salisbury University Professor. Topic:“Enviros on the Run” will discuss why the environmentalist movement has lost much of its legitimacy, authority, and relevance since it’s zenith of influence in the spring of 2007. The talk ends with a brief discussion of Obama’s recent efforts to re-energize the movement here in the US. Doors open at 6:30 pm, meeting starts at 7 pm. Blaming climate change on humans without any shred of evidence and costing us all our money as a result couldn't have anything to do with it, could it?
they lost their drive.. wonder why??? people are tired of paying more for less efficient alternatives while we see the Gores of the world pissing away energy on dollars they made from us.. I say, Drill Baby Drill
I had Dr. Street as a fill-in for his wife several years ago in a MGMT class that I took at SU. This guy is terrific! I will make it a point to come out and listen to his lecture and I feel that you should too.
