Two Democratic gubernatorial hopefuls in Maryland are among those taking heart from the stunning upset of House Majority Leader Eric Cantor (R) in Virginia on Tuesday night.
Both Attorney General Douglas F. Gansler and Del. Heather R. Mizeur made appeals to supporters, citing the victory of an obscure professor with tea party backing in the Republican primary in Cantor’s Richmond-area district.
In a fundraising pitch Wednesday morning, Gansler’s campaign manager, Antigone Davis, referred to two polls showing Lt. Gov. Anthony G. Brown far ahead in the June 24 Democratic primary, including one published by The Washington Post on Tuesday.

Keep cheering, but just got shown a hand you had no idea existed! The TEA Party is not only alive and well, but blasting the "establishment" idiots off the map without any money!!!!!!!!!
Because we stand for the PEOPLE.
It's that simple.
What ignorant idiots!
The ignorance demonstrated here is astronomical! Good for them!
3 slightly different flavors of the same disgusting, unpalatable menu.
Not even a lesser evil to select from in that bunch.
No Thanks!
One party State. Maryland has outdone herself.
Once free, now communist.
All three promise the same higher taxes less jobs
What does this have to do with them? If anything, you think they would see that we are tired of the same old business as usual. We are tired of the same old faces, telling the same old lies. We want leadership that listens to us, not leadership telling us what to do, to think, what we can and cannot do. I hope that all sitting politicans get voted out. Dont reelect ANYBODY!
Just remember:There are no mistakes and there is no such thing as an upset.
Del. Heather R. Mizeur??
Are you sure that isn't Jim Ireton in Drag?
You idiots need to quit voting for Homos!
