Looks more like the Bufallo Soldiers to me.
Don't get me wrong but it seems pretty clear that he wasnt handcuffed while on the ground. In fact, it looks like he's resisting and cops are trying to subdue as quickly as possible, instead of letting it get beyond control and require even more extreme measures. Again, mulitple times i see the guys hands and him trying to get up.
This is not to say that that wasnt in response to the possible excessive reaction by the cops. if i couldn;t breathe i'd probably try getting up, which makes things worse. So think to yourself 'stop resisting' and then you can breathe, if that was what it was happening. But still resisting or making situation worse by the guy on the ground. Generally, cops try to subdue the situation a quickly as possible before things get out of hand if that seems to be a concern. Title is ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS. I've had issues with cops and I am aware of them being excessive but this does not look like it and is a rediculous (previously stated) post. SHAME. Post something serious and real for True edification of public awareness of our rights please.

Maybe you are one of the ones 5:43 PM is referring to. Did you even watch all of the video? You can't see his hands cuffed behind his back and the cop with his knee on him then punching him in the head and kicking him?
I think you are ridiculous.
