City police will say it happened in county.
All of these gun laws... followed by all of these shootings, home invasions, etc. O'Malley and the gun grab community have sealed the fate of our families, and our children's families. Thanks.
Criminals will continue to purchase unregistered weapons, while our under staffed PD scrambles. If they happen to get lucky, and apprehend a perp, the court makes sure they're walking amongst us in short time.

It's a good thing the Maryland State Police are on the scene to assist. Hopefully they won't cover this one up.
I just used HEAVEN and HELL as a way to describe to what most think is good versus bad. Heaven or hell to me is a state of mind, heart,soul, a state of being here on this earth. Its not a mystical place with roads of gold. Its a place that dwells deep inside ones being. Doesnt matter where you are because thats always with you. Good or Bad, Kind or Mean, Giver or a Taker.

Ah MSP needs to solve the murder on Pemberton road first super trooper and the other eight unsolved murders in Wicomico County they worked and when they could not solve it and bugged out. They are called cold cases now. I think they have one trooper on the cold case squad.lol Too freaken funny. Start a County Major Crimes Unit if Duncan can admitt she needs the help. Really this has gotten pretty darn sad. Jimmy I. you better step in and put your big girl pants on. WTF. Who cares who solves them just get it done.

The city and county tax payers would be much better off with a county wide police force instead of one in Salisbury, Fruitland and Delmar.
The Salisbury University PD should fall under the MSP.
But then again all of this makes way to much sense.

"ghetto,gang,crime breeding units" salisbury will be just like baltimore city in crime.
If we cracked down on welfare (or whatever it's called now) being given to those who CHOOSE not to work, maybe they would be forced to actually get jobs and have far less time to shoot each other over ridiculous crap. (Yes, I DO believe that those that truly need help should receive it.)
If the police had solved the shooting in the same area last week, maybe the feud would have been over and the 2nd shooting might not have happened. Then again, maybe not ... our government-aided population seems to enjoy violence. If the courts would stop giving PBJ, Stet Docket, etc. and lock these shooters/dealers up for a LONG time, maybe all of this asinine behavior would stop.
