Incident: WCSO Activity 3rd/4th April 2014

1. On 3 April 2014 at 4:45 PM a deputy arrested Kevin Tracy Stanley Sr., 47 of Vienna, MD, on two District Court Bench Warrants. The warrants were issued after Stanley violated the terms of his condition following convictions in two theft cases. Stanley was held on a bond of $35,000.00 bond.

2. On 3 April 2014 at 5:56 PM a deputy arrested Dawn Elizabeth Miller, 47 of Parsonsburg, MD, on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Miller violated the terms of her probation following a conviction in CDS Possession with the Intent to Distribute case. Miller was detained on a bond of $25,000.00

3. On 4 April 2014 at 11:30 PM a deputy arrested Tyron L. Tucker, 28 of Salisbury, on two Circuit Court Bench Warrants. The warrants were issued after Tucker violated the terms of his probation following his convictions in a Handgun in Vehicle case and a CDS Possession with the Intent to Distribute case. Tucker was detained on a bond of $10,000.00

On 4 April 2014 at 11:30 PM a deputy arrested Marcus D. Echard, 22 of Fruitland, MD, on a District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Echard violated the terms of his probation following a theft case. Echard was detained on a bond of $10,000.00.

1. On 5 April 2014 at 10:06 PM a deputy arrested Angelique D. Harris, 43 of Salisbury, on two District Court Bench Warrants. The warrant was issued after Harris failed to appear for a Driving While Suspended and Driving Uninsured case in February. Upon arrest, Harris was detained on a bond of $5,000.00

2. On 6 April 2014 at 12:30 AM a deputy arrested Marguerite Anne Powell, 23 of Parsonsburg, MD on a District Court Bench Warrant that was issued after Powell violated the terms of her probation in a theft case. Powell was detained on a bond of $5,000.00.

3. On 6 April 2014 at 8:46 AM a deputy arrested Jessica Blythe Scruggs, 34 of Salisbury, on a District Court Bench Warrant. The warrant was issued after Scruggs failed to appear for a Driving Revoked and Possession of CDS case. Scruggs was detained on a bond of $1,500.00.
