A bombshell has dropped in the IRS scandal that spreads the infamy far beyond the boundaries of the IRS. It shows the depth of the Obama Regime war against its enemies.
It shows why there must be an independent prosecutor appointed to investigate this case.
Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act request and received a number of emails from the Obama Regime about the IRS scandal. In those emails, Judicial Watch found the proverbial smoking gun that blows this scandal wide open.
The smoking gun email is dated May 8, 2013. It is from Lois Lerner to Nikole Flax, who was then the acting chief of staff to the acting IRS Director Stephen Miller.

Obama is using the tactics of Communists. This is what happened in the Soviet Union. This is corruption, coercion and false prosecution, equivalent to Putin or Lukashenko jailing his opposition before an election.
This make Obama a totalitarian dictator and deserving of criminal prosecution and the death sentence if/upon conviction for crimes against humanity.
Obama is a lying criminal. Get it?
These and many other examples show why the upcoming elections are so vitally important to the continuation of this constitutional republic...and preventing its total downfall at the hands of the socialist Democrat criminals!
Electing a strong enough republican majority to stop the Democrat agenda and reverse some of the damage already done will be the first step.
With the president rendered impotent and his dictatorial agenda squashed - true Americans can focus on restoring the pride and dignity of the people back to the White House.
To expand on 7:53's comment-There is a whole laundry list of criminals who should be tried for crimes against humanity and treason. Let's see, there is holder, reid, biden, pelosi, cummings, napolitano and lerner to start with. In the case of biden, I guess you could make the case that he is too stupid to even know what is going on, but the rest of them (and dozens more) are all enemies of the citizens of this country. I was going to say enemies of the state, but that honor has been reserved for us right wing extremists who still believe in the Constistution and the rule of law.
An independent prosecutor is not a possibility & a ridiculous thought.That would suggest that the conflict of interest could be completely avoided,and it cannot be.
