A new quantitative study by Princeton’s Martin Gilens and Northwestern’s Benjamin Page finds that America is not a democracy … but is an oligarchy.

Please folks, the United States was never, nor was it ever intended to be, a democracy. It is a republic. Remember the line from the Pledge of Allegiance "and to the republic for which it stands". Calling it a democracy seems to have come about in maybe, the 80's.
This fall, lets make it a real Republican democracy!
