Oh! Come on. This is the symbol for the, "Do Nothing" Republicans in the house of representative.
The monkeys are: Obama, Holder and H. Clinton. They didn't do anything about whatever when asked.
They should also have a picture of with his head up the other ones butt! That's closer to the truth!
