Gansler, Maryland's Attorney General, tells WBAL Radio the website and the ability for people to enroll in the Affordable Care Act on the Maryland exchange was a debacle. "We need to find out (why) and dig down deeper," Gansler says.
He wants an independent investigator with subpoena power to investigate the website and its issues and have that report complete in 60 days.

Any state senator and delegate worth a damm needs to also be calling for and calling for publically and loudly an investigation as well. This is a good chance to see who has integrity and who doesn't.
If everyone who designed a crappy website was investigated, there wouldn't be enough courts.
Maybe so 12:14 but not when you have 10's of millions of dollars of tax payers money to spend on one. This allows the individual (anthony brown) tasked with overseeing the job, enormous privileges not afforded to the average Joe in search of a website.
I hear Eric Holder is available - since he doesn't seem to care about Fast&Furious, IRS targeting, NSA or asparagus!
