In an effort to combat the increase in retail thefts, the Fruitland Police Department is working closely with retailers to effectively deploy resources in commercial areas using both high visibility and plain clothes assignments. Each week the department will be sending out a press release with information about those subjects that have been charged for theft. Officers will be provided bulletins alerting them to habitual offenders and suspects. Information will be forwarded to the area colleges to address the associated Code of Conduct violations.

Those Princess Anne names sure ain't natives.
Fruitland: It would help if you also released the photos as we're more likely to recognize a face than memorize a name. Good job!
