This is so "SPOT-ON"!
The Native American culture since our government started 'taking care' of them has declined in to obscurity.
Maybe we should sequester the multi-generational welfare families to out-of-the-way places like the desert, tundra, or high prairies while taking care of them the same way and be rid of them in a few generations.

1865 is when it started and it was the Republicans. People are to stupid that today's Democrats would have been Republicans back then.
Better take a look at the HUD hoods while your at it.
