Federal agents who convinced mentally disabled people to commit crimes and then arrested them may have done so because they didn't realize the people they were targeting had special needs, according to Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Director Todd Jones.
"We do not target the developmentally disabled," Jones told House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa, R-Calif., adding that ATF learned of that the people were disabled as "the result of defense pleadings" in court.
The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported that ATF targeted developmentally disabled people during undercover drug and gun-buying operations throughout the country. "In Wichita, Kan., ATF agents referred to a man with a low IQ as 'slow-headed' before deciding to secretly use him as a key cog in their sting," according to the Journal Sentinel.

This is what I've been saying all along! You hear over and over how the FBI finds some middle eastern nut blabbing anti American sentiments online and the FBI then seeks them out. Then they take them by the hand, give them not only the instructions to build a bomb, but provide them with the money to buy the necessary items. In one instance they even drove the nut to the bank in NY, then arrested him as a terrorist! Everyone's cheering-yeah another terrorist off the streets!
I've been saying all along next thing we will be hearing is that they are finding these "terrorists" in the insane asylums.
But then when we had real terrorists and the FBI was told not once but twice by some flight instructor about these shady characters that weren't interested in learning how to land a plane, they ignored the warnings.
And the Bostom Bombers! Even after Russia warned the FBI about the guy, they still had to show a picture on TV to identify the suspects!
So, all they do is pick a mental patient (Democrat) and give him an agenda, psychotic prescription drugs, and and several guns, a target, and it's done?
How believable!
And I mean, this is really believable!

One would think that with all of the personal info the gov't has stolen from the public that they'd be aware of these victim's 'needs'. Then again with comments like, "He promised that agents would not knowingly target disabled people in the future." seems they already knew.
I love my country but absolutely hate it's gov't.
