Did he drive home too after he was released? Probably just out there driving again anyway.

Hmmmm...I dont see the case where he was arrested in Delmar in 2013 for possession of heroin whie driving a Peninsula Roofing truck. He was given drug court...what a joke.

9:20, I did some research on the drug court issue not long ago and let me assure you, this is NOT an easy program.

IF someone is serious about quitting for god, it's a great program, yet very difficult.

Many inmates these days are rejecting drug court.

it may be a decent program on paper. but the reality is that the cost too high relative to the success rate. I know that the participants do shouder some of the costs but not all of them and the tax payer shouders the lions share. The recidivism rate is very high. Higher than any other crime. In fact, a relative who attended drug court relayed to me (and they successfully completed it) that most people who attend drug court actually end up with a larger pool of addicted friends who get together later and use drugs. Joe, drug court is just another publicly funded rehab program. Are there successes? Absolutely!! Just like every other rehab program. But most participants drop out or relapse.

The cop was wrong. He had no reason to run the tag in the first place. I pull into driveways all the time and sit for minutes .

10:29 that is called being a perv. Why would you just pull into random driveways and sit lol. Stage 5 stalker
