State Police Investigate Home Invasion near Seaford

Location: 23000 block of East Middlecord Circle, Seaford, DE

Date of Occurrence: Monday March 24, 2014 at approximately 10:05 p.m.

Victims:
54 year old female
29 year old female
28 year old male
25 year old female

Suspects:
Black male, 6’00” – 6’02” tall, average build wearing a black mask and all black clothing (no further physical or clothing description). Armed with unknown type handgun.
Black male, 5’08” – 5’11” tall, large build wearing a black mask and all black clothing (no further physical or clothing description). Armed with unknown type handgun.

Resume:
Seaford, DE- The Delaware State Police Criminal Investigations Unit is currently investigating a home invasion that occurred east of Seaford last evening.

Troopers responded to the 23000 block of East Middlecord Circle around 10:05 p.m. Monday evening after a 9-1-1 call was placed from the residence stating two male subjects had just broken into the house. The investigation revealed both male subjects entered the unlocked front door to the home and confronted the four victims. The subjects pointed handguns at the victims and demanded drugs. The victims were unable to provide any drugs to the suspects who then fled the residence with two cell phones. None of the victims were injured in this incident.

Detectives have determined through preliminary interviews and investigation that this was not a random act, and the victims were targeted in the home invasion.
