Hall was released from commitment.
Good for her.
I have questions about what appears to be the bogus, false identity arrest.
You do not have to identify your self unless you are being charged with a crime.
Since when is sitting in your vehicle a crime?
At least the judge got it and released the guy.
Is this SPD new tactic? Know your rights people. This is bull. And now they plaster his photo all over simply because he was sitting in his car?
He would have been better served to have continued to ask the officer if he was free to go. That's like when you are stopped for speeding and they ask where you are going. None of your business.
11:57-You are in for a rude awakening.Just do what you are told to do by a PO.
11:57 - It was a Sheriff's Deputy, ya dope. Not SPD. Pay attention.
12:32 is right, you gotta take the psychological humiliation or head to jail
What the Hell is on that guys face? It looks like something is growing out of his nose!
I don't care what department it was, maybe value the message instead of picking it apart you sheeple.
What a crap attitude, "just do what the po po say". Hitler counted on that.
We will see if that is your answer when they do the illegal strip search or butt probe on you.
keep practicing saying baaaaah
11:57
Earl... my friend. I'm sorry.
That is all.
11:57, you lose due to Godwin's theorem. stop and frisk is arguably a fourth amendment violation. If you don't comply, you will be going to jail for something. Trust me on that, i've been illegally searched lots of times
3:25 that's the best you got?
I win because I speak the truth and know the law and history.
You lose simply on the basis that you are too stupid to allow yourself to be illegally frisked.
Let me know how that butt probe goes.
Baaaah sheeple baaaah
Some people never learn. False identification?? He could have been waiting to rob a house. Nowadays you never know. I think on that case the Police did right. That should teach that guy to take his I.D. with him or tell the truth when an Officer ask his name. Why did he lie anyway?? What was he hiding is the question? Was he drunk and was about to drive someplace??? Some people never learn or change.
