Rehoboth Beach, DE- The Delaware State Police Sussex County Drug Unit has arrested two people after the culmination of a several month long investigation into dealing illegal drugs.
On Monday February 11, 2014, at approximately 6:05 a.m., the Sussex County Drug Unit, with the assistance of the Sussex County Governor’s Task Force executed a search warrant at a residence in the 36000 block of Estates Drive in Camelot MHP. Upon their arrival, Celeste A. Coyle and Joseph Ansbro were taken into custody without incident. During the execution of the search warrant, detectives located 71 bags of heroin totaling 1.065 grams, 203.7 grams of marijuana, and numerous items of drug paraphernalia as well as over $250.00 in suspected drug proceeds.
Both subjects were transported back to Troop 4 where they were arrested for Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin, Possession of Marijuana, Conspiracy 2nd, and four counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Coyle and Ansbro were both released on $15,600.00 unsecured bond.

So it took them "several months" of investigating to crack these petty drug dealers?

It may have "only" been 71 bags of heroin, but if it keeps one person from overdosing on this popular, cheap drug...then JOB WELL DONE.
If that's a recent photo then if I had to live with her I would have to do drugs, too.
Looks more like 40 than 29.
I'm not an expert in this area, however a kilo of heroin sells for about $80,000 per kilo, it's purity could be stretched so that they would have 2 kilos for sale after they cut it with who know what. The pot, again you need to know what grade, Mexican brick may cost as much as $100 an ounce, high quality medical may sell for $400 an ounce. They possessed almost a half a pound. Many times the kingpins will use addicts and give them drugs on consignment, if that is the case, these people owe somebody big time! They will sing like canaries and taxpayers will be paying for their witness protection program with new identities. If not, they will disappear anyway.
They had one little gram of #4 afghani heroin cut into 71 baggies, and 7 ounces of weed. I don't think they're hooked up with el chapo
Well, at least they got to go back to their humble abode, score some more H and weed, and get high again. Sitting in jail without it sucks, man.
3:11 according to high times, an oz of pot goes for $370 they had 7 oz = $2590
1 gram heroin = $200
and $250 cash.

Glad they are off the street but this isn't exactly a drug ring.
