This is the clown that wouldn't let the people evacuate on school buses because he said that was beneath him, he wanted motor coaches, meanwhile the city was flooded by hurricane Katrina and blamed on President Bush by the MSM.
Wish they would have left that city in rubble. Built in a bowl, it will be rebuilt again and again... and the politicians will take advantage of the locals.

Thousands and thousands of totally helpless and government dependent people.Not one bit of gumption to help themselves.I seem to recall significant warning in advance of Katrina,telling them to leave.I just don't get all of the bitterness displayed when all hell broke loose.
