BALTIMORE (AP) -- A man has been sentenced to 13 years in prison for robbing a Salisbury bank.
Forty-three-year-old Gary Allen Mitchell of Salisbury was sentenced Tuesday in federal court in Baltimore.
According to his plea agreement, Mitchell entered the PNC bank on March 21. Prosecutors say Mitchell gave a teller a note and said he had a gun.
He demanded money and the teller gave him more than $4,000. He fled, but police found him a short time later, smoking crack cocaine.

It's officially a gun crime if you say you have a gun, even if you don't.
anonymous 10:32, well, at this rate, could HE be any worse then Jim Ireton? You know, the guy who's selling off anything and everything the TAXPAYERS own to create housing for the poor?
In addition to the 13 years for the crime, he should get death for being stupid
Send these criminals to North Korea where if they don't clap to the dictators liking, they get the firing squad!
