A Montgomery County teacher accused of sexually abusing two girls at a Rockville elementary school pleaded guilty Monday, but wont spend any time in jail.
Timothy Krupica had all 12 years of his sentence suspended by a Montgomery County judge after pleading guilty to four counts of second-degree assault. He'll spend 3 years on supervised probation.
Krupica was accused in February of inappropriately touching two 11-year-old students at Meadow Hall Elementary School, where he had taught since August of 2009. At the time of the accusations, he was teaching 6th grade at the Twinbrook campus.
Under the conditions of his plea deal, Krupica is not allowed to teach any students under the age of 16.
