The incident began on Jan. 2 as David Eckert was leaving the local Walmart in Deming, N.M. He reportedly failed to make a complete stop at a stop sign, prompting police to pull him over.
The officers asked him to step out of the vehicle and claim the man appeared to be clenching his buttocks, Eckert’s attorney, Shannon Kennedy, told TheBlaze. It is unclear why police removed him from the vehicle in the first place. However, because the cops believed he was clenching his buttocks, they took it as reason to suspect him of hiding narcotics in his anal cavity.

Don't just read the first several paragraphs.Read the entire story.This could eventually go to the Supreme Court if his demands are not met,and rightly so.Heads should roll over this.

You have GOT to read the rest of this. I hope this guy sues the heck out of them. After probing him and finding nothing they gave him 3 enema's and sedated him so they could do a colonoscopy? Not only should the police get sued but so should the judge that granted the warrant and all the doctors involved in all of this.
The police, who must be freaking out about it right now, are claiming he had a history of drug use and hiding drugs in his, uh, you know where. THAT was the basis of "probable cause" -- the cop said he was "acting suspiciously and seemed to be hiding something in his anal cavity". What judge thought THAT was grounds for a colonoscopy, 3 enema's, and several manual inspections? The first hospital, in the county where the warrant was issued, refused to cooperate with the police. THREE enemas!! THIS is how far the "protect and serve" SS troops will go to show "we, the people" who is boss. Searched him and his car. Found nothing. THAT should have been the end of the "failure to stop at a stop sign" thing. Maybe they were thinking of the cops in Texas who performed an anal AND vaginal search of two women ON THE SIDE OF THE HIGHWAY. In view of passing cars. Stop thinking you are public masters. Even slaves eventually revolt and kill their masters. Oh yeah--- the K-9 dog "alerted", huh? Even the police will tell you that they can make a drug dog "alert" anytime they wish (they can say the dog 'alerted' and who can say it didn't?). Power tripping Nazi's and SS troops.....look what happened to THEM.
as a local officer, and one who almost always supports the police, this one is just way too far over the line! its stuff like this that makes us all look bad, and heads should roll for it.
If he was a cattle rustler I could understand the grabbing of buttocks. Their hard to hide.
This is one of the sickest stories that I have ever heard. Every single officer involved in this should loose their job and they should be charged with assault and rape. Sick, perverted and power tripping freaks. They should be locked up.

AND guess what? There is an almost exact duplicate case of this in 2012.
They have done this at least two times now. This stop was for the guy not stopping for a stop sign at a Walmart parking lot.
The one in 2012 was stopped because he did not use his turn signal when making a turn.
If either of these guys hunted down and killed the ones responsible, and I was on the jury, I would vote to acquit.
Way over the line, and as it turns out, the recent search was illegal as well.
At a minimum, these cops should be fired.
