The Most Important Race Of 2014 Won’t Happen On Election Day

The single most important — and telling — contest of the 2014 election will happen not next November but rather on May 20 when Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell squares off against wealthy businessman Matt Bevin in Kentucky’s Republican primary, according to non-partisan political handicapper Stu Rothenberg.

“I think McConnell needs to be concerned,” said Rothenberg in an interview with Post TV’s “In Play”. He added that the race “really will say a lot about the direction of the Republican party.”

Stu explains more in the “In Play” clip below — and make sure to read his column on the race too.

Big Hollywood is funding the Democratic opponent in this race, of course with slander, demogoguery, and out and out lies.

Bevin is the "Tea-Party" conservative candidate.

McConnell is the RINO - regularly caving to the president and Senate majority......

We need to support Bevin - against the RINO and the Democrats!

McConnell is the epitome of a career politician that has
no interest except keeping himself rich, he could care little about the constituents he serves.
