Stephon Prather, Accused Of Shooting Police Officer Steven Houk

Stephon Prather, accused of shooting Police Officer Steven Houk on Wednesday, was discharged from Shock Trauma late last night and was charged today with numerous counts of attempted murder, assault, reckless endangerment and firearms charges. He is being held at the Howard County Detention Center on NO BOND.
