Gun-rights activists in Maryland have filed a federal lawsuit to block the state's new gun law before new requirements on assault weapons and large magazines go into effect Oct. 1.
In the lawsuit in filed Thursday in U.S. District Court in Maryland, the plaintiffs argues the the Second Amendment and case law protect their right to own assault rifles and magazines that hold more than 10 rounds, The Baltimore Sun reported.
The plaintiffs include the Maryland Licensed Firearms Dealers Association, the Maryland State Rifle and Pistol Association, the National Shooting Sports Foundation, Associated Gun Clubs of Baltimore, and several other organizations, individuals and gun shops, according to the report.

"...shall not be infringed." A phrase worthy of constant repetition. Maybe it should be a required tattoo on their arms, much like the numbers given to yesteryears Jews, but more suited to today's Nazi wanna-be's....
10:31 you disgust me with your ignorance. Thank God your vote doesn't count in Maryland.
lol....at least I vote. And you can call me a lot of different names, but "ignorant" can't be one of them. And since I live and vote in Maryland, who is the ignorant one? Thanks for the entertainment....
11:56, You disgust me. You have the right to not own a gun, but you don't have the right to prevent me from owning one. I'm glad my vote does count in Maryland, as it will make yours cancelled out.
1:42....SMACK that ace again for good measure. And if your vote cancels that goof's vote out, mine will override it. He'll be one of the first to come running to one of our houses for help when things throw down. He should hope he goes to you first. You know what I'm sayin'.....
Yeah I'm sure you two chuckleheads are going to turn the state red in the next election aren't you?
You invoke nazism and the holocaust over magazine restrictions. You are part of the problem. Maybe a move south would suit you.
I will move south eventually with the new AR-15 I just bought in Maryland, a few days ahead of the ban
3:45 I have no use for a tree huggers like you.you're nothing more than a skirt wearing knuckle dragon Libtard. but I have good news for you since you hate guns I'll buy the one you're not man enough to own for my collection .
3:45---perhaps YOU should move to somewhere that has a school. You must be under the idea that Nazism/facism happened overnight. You know, one day it was glorious freedom and liberty, and the next it was gas chambers, summary executions, and sham "trials" with secret arrests. The real problem lies with people like YOU, who think by restricting guns, magazines, and every weapon accessory that criminals will just turn them in and start growing daisies and roses. Really? Facism was, and still is, a slow process, a slippery slope, cheered on by the masses (remember the millions saluting Hitler like he was God??!). People just like you. The "masses" were left defenseless and murdered by the government they cheered. Jefferson predicted an ever more powerful and ever growing oppressive central government. IN THIS COUNTRY! He warned us it would happen! Guess what we have now? An ever growing and ever more powerful centralized government (with, sad but true, secret arrests, secret trials, warrantless searches, pervasive surveillance and suppression of dissent). But YOU no doubt believe they are only trying to help us. How pathetic and naïve. It might be painful, but get an education and not just an opinion. And quit spouting the pansy-ass, scared of the dark, girlie boy propaganda obama and his people blow up your skirt. And if you had a pair, you'd sign your name.

Well said and terrifyingly true...but 3:45 will still be spouting off the talking points as he is being led away, with a look of disbelief, and saying, "but I support you" !
By the way...the judge that is hearing the case was appointed by the rapist, Bill Clinton. Doesn't bode well.

It is infringed every single day. Felons cannot legally own guns. Military discharges other than honorable cannot own guns. People convicted of domestic abuse cannot own guns. Having any conviction where you COULD HAVE spent a year or more in jail cannot own guns. People who have been committed to mental institutions cannot own guns.
BUT, we can and DO arm terrorists.
They will use any and all reasons they can fabricate to keep guns out of Americans hands. They keep their power longer that way, and we can't fight back....so they think.

Who did he rape?
While MDSP process the overwhelming number of legal gun-purchase apps, over 107,000 as of Sept 20, there are thousands more purchasers who are simply buying illegally off of the underground market. And, that's all this law is going to do.., cause otherwise law abiding citizens to buy from the nephew of a friend of their friend's cousin's son-in-law's friend. In other words.., it's going to broaden the underground gun market, it's going to make leo's job a lot harder to find hot weapons.., they'll be off the street quickly and in some private citizen's house perhaps never to be seen or used again.

There are too many sexual assaults to list here, so I will put some if the names..Justina Broaddrick one of his gubernatorial campaign in 1978...Eileen Wellstone in 1969, 1972 at Yale-woman that was tracked down by the press but does not want name released. From 1978-1980 during his first term as Gov. state trooper assigned to protect Clinton were aware of at least 7 complaints of him forcing himself on them...Search this to read the rest of the lengthy article:

Criminals will not buy guns, they will just steal them. It's cheaper than buying, and nobody knows whodunnit.
The Eastern shore needs to lee the state of MD.

Thank you for your attempt at followup, I appreciate it. Are ANY of those convictions? Were any even tried in a court of law?

As often happens with celebrities (think Michael Jackson and all the child abuse allegations) and/or powerful people (such as Clinton)
thongs are rather kept quiet and swept under the table.
Paula Corbin, an Arkansas state worker, filed a sexual harassment case against Clinton after an encounter in a Little Rock hotel room where the then-governor exposed himself and demanded oral sex. Clinton settled the case with Jones with an $850,000 cash payment. The former Miss Moffet (maiden name), the legal secretary who says Clinton tried to force her into oral sex in 1979, has since married and left the state. She says that when she told her boyfriend, who was a lawyer and supporter of Clinton, about the incident, he told her to keep her mouth shut."He said that people who crossed the governor usually regretted it and that if I knew what was good for me I'd forget that it ever happened," she said. "I haven't forgotten it. You don't forget crude men like that."
Like two other women, the former Miss Moffet declined further interviews. A neighbor said she had received threatening phone calls. The other encounters were confirmed with more than 30 interviews with retired Arkansas state employees, former state troopers and former Yale and University of Arkansas students. Like others, they refused to go public because of fears of retaliation from the Clinton White House.
