Coastal Hospice is excited to announce that we have joined Alliance Kids, a regional pediatric hospice and palliative care partnership. The alliance includes pediatric hospice and palliative care providers from throughout the state of Maryland and Washington, DC. The goals of the alliance are to bring uniformity in the message about hospice to pediatricians and children's hospitals and provide consistency in the delivery of pediatric care provided by regional hospices.
This year Coastal Kids Supportive Care will be among the beneficiaries of the Hospice Cup, a charity sailing regatta, raising funds for hospice programs throughout Maryland, Washington DC and Northern Virginia.
This year's event will be held in Annapolis on Saturday, September 21st.
