You will have a long and lonely wait, psycho.
The ones who are really racist, blacks, will not do a frontal attack at the start. They will continue with the stick and run tactics they currently employ.
Outnumber their target, attack from behind, take whatever possessions they find, and leave the scene.
At some point, when they have amassed enough of themselves in the streets that they feel relatively safe, THEN you may have the frontal assault.
They will try to use the same tactics they have been employing up to this point.
The crucial part comes when their opponents have enough sand to stand and face them no matter what. If their opponents do not retreat, keep advancing, be unified in their goals, they, (blacks), will realize this "race war", or whatever you want to call it, will not be over quickly and it will only end with their total destruction or total submission.
They always underestimate their enemy. Instead of being passive, which blacks have become accustomed to from their opponents, they will see a determination in the eyes of the ones they have abused and used for so many decades.
After their defeat on the "battlefield", then they may change their outlook and attitudes about being the aggressors and uncivilized members of society.
At that point, THEN we can begin to have honest discussions about any grievances, real or imagined, and actually begin to make progress in race relations.
This is one scenario of what may happen. There may be variances to it, but I think it is pretty accurate of what WILL happen in the not so distant future.
I don't see any other way to accomplish what needs to be done in this country.
