“Families are jumping at the chance to make the second/vacation home purchase,” said Mark Fritschle, Condominium, Realty, LTD and Coastal Association of Realtors (CAR) member. “Interest rates are better than they have ever been and the potential tax savings on a second home can’t be beat.”
As mortgage rates remain low and banks become more lenient with lending, the demand for vacation homes is rising.

Just check out the prices. OC's are insanely high(compared to any beach community further south). For what? A lame "family vacation" spot. I'd much rather spend much less and move somewhere like HHI, Hatteras, or Destin.
At least in OC you don't have to get pay per view to watch fights.Just walk down the boardwalk.
This calls for a BS ALERT!Nothing is selling in OC unless its marked down 50% or short sale.
This sounds too much like a "used car" dealer's commercial..
