"Travon could have been me"...

We wish Mr. President, we wish.

Not once did Obama say that Martin could have walked away as well.

Apparently you're a racist if you lock your car door when a black man comes near it while you're sitting in traffic. You must also not appear to be frightened upon the sight of a black man as well. Heaven forbid!

It is wholly inappropriate for any sitting president to comment on or about a criminal trial either before/during/after. His comments are either to incite further furor or to be used as a political diversion to distract the public over other issues. None of his comments were meant or intended to defray tensions--and if he had to comment at ALL--that would/should have been his purpose. But it wasn't--another 'fail,' but likely wholly intentional with political purpose. That's simply shameful because many don't read, many cannot read, further, those who cannot read, research and give logical consideration to all facts accept much at face value which is how it was intended.

For shame the calculated manipulation of the masses.

It's a shame for the rest of America that so many are terribly illiterate and weak-willed.
