BALTIMORE (WMAR) - A man dies after going into cardiac arrest in police custody Thursday evening.
Baltimore City Police explain officers were making a traffic stop, when one of two individuals in the car resisted arrest.
The incident happened in the area of Kitmore Road in Northeast Baltimore.
Police say there was an altercation and struggle between at least one officer and the man who reportedly resisted arrest.

Would'nt seem like someone in poor health would risk fighting the cops like that.On the other hand I've seen people with IV's hooked up to them in the hospital fighting nurses,doctors,and family members.The Knight on Monty Python and The Holy Grail was still fighting after both arms and both legs were cut off.

10:39, just how many visuals have you attended. One would hope that after the first one you would realize that it's called a vigil. Maybe instead of buying candles you might want to buy a dictionary.
