The question is no longer whether or not George Zimmerman will be convicted of murdering Trayvon Martin, the question is what will happen after he is acquitted.
Prosecutors in Florida brought a feeble case to court, filing a charge they knew — or should have known — would not withstand the challenge of even a modestly capable defense. There has been much testimony that supports Zimmerman’s claim of self-defense and precious little that undercuts it. The prosecution invested hope in the testimony of Martin’s parents that it was his screams for help and not Zimmerman’s that were captured on the 9-1-1 call, but on Monday the defense presented witnesses who effectively rebutted this claim. And on Tuesday, a forensic pathologist testified that the physical evidence was consistent with Zimmerman’s account of his confrontation with Martin.

prosecution is saying that he can be convicted with manslaughter even though he was not tried as such.
guess they want a conviction of some sorts so the riots that THEY (the gov people) have been promising - wont happen.
Based on what I have read - I would acquit if I was a juror. Between TM's father not recognizing his son's voice initially - then changing his story, and the forensic pathologist's testimony, it supports conviction of neither of the two charges - even the one they dreamed up at the last minute.
Let them riot so they can be shot like the ANIMALS that they are.

Unbelievable. After watching the court proceedings today, I have come to the disgusting realization that we are probably watching the first televised court proceeding of a court/state sponsored lynching of a citizen who was clearly and legally protecting himself from harm in order to pacify a certain racist segment of our society. Enough is enough.

I feel sorry for Mr. Zimmerman. The judge I think is doing everything she can to bring on a guilty verdit.
The thug was hungover with drugs and looking for trouble. This case should not be happening period. The president if he was a lawyer joking of course had no business getting involved in this. He is the one stirring up the race card and his friend holder with riots. These people are corrupt to the bone and probably interfering with judge.
There are many murders just in Chicago alone and MSM just ignores those but everytime someone farts at Zimmerman/Martin trial they make a Headline News out of it. If some people are just stupid enough and riot over this, let them go at it. When the smoke clears, they will realize they are the big Loosers who got played by MSM and Obamas "If I had a son" administration.
At this 13th hour the prosecution threw a new bone in. 3rd degree murder on the premise that Zimmerman committed child abuse!!!

They've been grasping at straw since about Day 2 of the trial.
The judge is a simpleton-proven officially yesterday by her asking Zimmerman if he were going to testify BEFORE defense was even done with their witnesses.

I feel the same way.
If that makes me a racist or whatever then I'll freely admit and it's gotten to the point where I could care less because enough is enough and I am sick of those people who turned this into a race thing. They make me sick and I want nothing to do with them.
Let them Riot!!! Then lock them all up where most of them belong! Caged!!!
The most vile part of all of this is the exploitation of Martin, including by his parents, who while he was alive had no time for him but in death have limitless time since the payoff is more lucrative. These are not parents by any stretch of the imagination-a sperm doner and an incubator. They are sleazy opportunists.
His father's boo hooing claiming Trayvon was his best friend now. The kid lay in the morgue all night unidentified for over 12 hours and was even autopsied as a John Doe. Both the mother and the father knew he was troubled and not one thought to make sure he was home for the night. I don't know of any parent who would not be frantic if their 17 year old wasn't home late into the evening much less all night.
I believe it is the disgusting display of exploitation which makes quite a few people have no sympathy for the kid.
Martin's father did blow it on the stand, why did the city manager and mayor allow Martin's family to listen to the 911 tape before they offered it to the police as evidence? They have tried to set this up nice and neat, but the state's own witnesses have folded under cross examination and have been better served as defense witnesses.
