U.S. Education Slipping In World Rankings: Report

Funnels money into wealthier students? Look at the tens of millions spent on special ed. students, at risk students and kids who won't behave. In this county almost nothing is spent on students who behave and achieve. The gap is increasing as more decide working and paying taxes is for chumps.

Toilet paper is more useful anymore than a public high school diploma and/or a degree from a public university. This is due in large part because some braintrusts came up with the need to "close the achievement gap." They closed it all right by lowering the standards.

Almost all education money is spent on those who aren't achieving and/or aren't behaving. It's making no difference at all. No one wants to look at the real reasons for that, but saying it's because so much ed. money is spent on wealthy students is just lying.
