Of note: from his position on the Appropriations Committee, Congressman Harris is investigating the wasted stimulus dollars. He believes since the initial audit revealed so much misspending there should be an expanded audit of how all Maryland school districts spent stimulus dollars. Also, all the wasted stimulus dollars should be repaid to the taxpayer.

Congressman Harris - On IRS And Wasted Stimulus Dollars, The Buck Stops Nowhere

Oh yeah. Return the money to the taxpayers. Uh huh. Right. Has that EVER happened? Is Harris hanging out at the Capitol Hill Lounge, too? NO ONE is EVER held accountable in government. Holder signed off (yeah, he did sign the authorization) on a program that resulted in the murder of a federal officer. You or I would do 25 to life in prison for accessory to murder of a federal agent. He gets to say "I don't know" more than Forrest Gump. Take that as an indicator of "accountablity", Mr Harris.
