Multi-Platinum Grammy Winner TobyMac To Perform At WY&CC

Six-time Grammy Winner and multi-platinum selling artist TobyMac is bringing his hugely successful Hits Deep Tour to the Wicomico Youth & Civic Center on December 8, 2013 at 7 p.m. The tour will feature a multi-artist lineup showcasing the biggest and brightest artists in Christian Music including Brandon Heath, Mandisa, Jamie Grace, Colton Dixon, Chris August, and introducing Capital Kings.

The announcement of the tour came shortly after TobyMac was named “Artist of the Year” at the recent K-LOVE Fan Awards in Nashville. In the last year TobyMac earned his sixth Grammy, received Billboard Music Awards for Top Christian Artist and Album, obtained his first American Music Award for Favorite Artist in the Contemporary/Inspirational category, named iTunes’ Best Christian Gospel Album of the Year, and was titled as Amazon’s Christian Artist of 2012, among many other accomplishments.

“This tour is going to be exactly what most people want to see when they go to a concert—a show where you know every song,” says TobyMac. “Big hits that hit deep! Not just hits because they are sonically a good listen, but because they’ve spoken deeply to our souls. These artists are all headliners in their own right, but we’ve come together to serve up the hits that have become part of people’s lives.”

Tickets can be purchased online at www.WicomicoCivicCenter.org, by phone at 410-548-4911, or in person at the WY&CC Box Office. The Box Office is located at 500 Glen Ave. Salisbury, MD 21804 and open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday (closed holidays).

"These artists are all headliners in their own right" - um, really?

How come I've never heard of any of them? Wonder how ridiculously out of range the price will be?

9:23, these are all Christian artists. If you don't listen to that type of music you may have not heard of them. :-)
