No kidding. Not a great strategy by the defense to dig up dirt and smear the victim who happens to be dead. Guess if thats all you got though, George is going down.

if it's dirt, it's dirt the thug threw on himself. that's not all they have, they have enough for an acquittal. it was just one piece of the pie that showed he was not the innocent little angel some people try to portray him as being.

He was a violent youth, and that's how he died. If he didn't become aggressive and start a fight, he would be alive today. He made his parents rich. That's more than he could have done if he lived.

If old George hadn't stalked him with a gun through the neighborhood where the boy had every right to be there would have been no fight to start with. All these neighborhood watch people are wanna be cops and try to take the law into their own hands. They should do just what their title says watch and then report to the real police. If this had happened Trayvon wouldn't be dead and George wouldn't have been around to get his head slammed on the pavement. If I was walking through a development and some crazy man started stalking me I would fight with him too. Plus past marihuana use doesn't make you a violent criminal.

George Zimmerman is a great American hero who was protecting himself and his community from a useless punk thug. However, I predict he will be wrongfully convicted because if he isn't, there will be riots just like in LA over the Rodney King (another useless thug) incident. The mob rules just like in any other third world country.

11:30 You are correct. 11:15 you are an idiot

How about the autopsy. Was anything in trey trey's system at the time of the incident?

1200-Yep, and that will be in the trial. His school suspension for possession will not be.

Pretty sure the only "THUG" in this case was the nutjob patrolling the neighborhood with a gun and confronting people who had every right to be there.

Why did the media nist always show the photo of Travon when he was 12 years old? Why not show his latest photos at 16 dressed as a thug with gold teeth and the print name he called himself?

Exactly 11:14. He played and he paid. I don't feel one bit sorry for him or his lying parents.
Thank God he hadn't the chance to multiply because you know that would have been the next step of the progression of his type-no good trash.

11:15-Stop using the word "stalk." You people learned the word and now use it ad nauseum to describe every little incident.
Martin did not have every right to be in that gated community for your information. He was a guest and guests do not have a right to free reign in gated communities-PERIOD-and have every right to be questioned by a neighborhood watch rep or a security guard.

if you were walking around in a gated community and you didn't live there would you expect for somebody to be watching you? and that's what neighborhood watch is 4 to take care of their neighbors brothers and sisters. and it is hurt quite clearly in the tapes the Trayvon Martin turned around and confronted him

the boy was not buying Skittles in the gated community in the middle of the night he was not supposed to be there. it's like a thieve break into a junk yard and is and mauled by a dog to death. are you going to blame the dog or the criminal who went over the gate and the fence? I know the facts before you speak idiots

This ruling is no big deal. It's all about the moment and who was the aggressor. Zimmerman's injuries and Martin's lack of them, pre fatal gunshot, are key.
The big news is prosecution may be be sanctioned for failing to turn over key evidence to the defense.
They must be starting to see the handwriting on the wall and realizing the kid deserved it for jumping and beating up Zimmerman and now have to start hiding pro defense evidence.
Also standard gated community home owner docs do state that guests must be accompanied by the resident of the community while in public areas within the community. My friend lives in one and has a dog walker walk the dog while they work and if the time changes when the walker is coming she has to notify the president of the association. Dog walker uses a different code to open gate (it's for delivery persons, landscapers, etc) and that code shuts off at 8pm. One of the whole idea behind these communities is to limit non residents from roaming the streets in any form not just vehicles.

Trayvon Martin was a thug and deserved what he got.

we need to put Zimmerman in an Iron Man suit and turn him loose on Salisbury.

They are putting it all over the news that his marijuana use can't be used in court. Don't you think all the potential jurors are hearing this on the news & will know anyway? It's not going to be any big secret now.

1) Defense is establishing a basis for an appeal in the event of a conviction because current, relevant info about how Martin had been acting in advance of his death has been excluded.

2) Closer reading from another source indicates judge just ruled that Martin drug, gun, suspension, phone info could not be in opening defense statement. Defense attorney is not under oath and can't be cross-examined. Leaves open that it might be admissible during regular testimony under oath. For example has police detective testify to what was on the cellphone re: those topics. Has principal testify why he'd been suspended from school (which was about 400 miles from where he was shot). And so on.

Law enforcement of any type, when off duty should remain off duty.Without going into detail, there have been local instances where off duty police officers or otherwise have responded to suspicious activities and created a real mess.Just take the advice of an ex cop:when you are off, stay the hell off.If you must call for police response,do so,but DO NOT respond to an issue yourself.

The deck is being stacked against Zimmerman, but any jury will know this information before the trial even starts. When a jury is ordered to disregard certain aspects in a high profile case, they do so,but they don't forget.Unless the deck is further stacked by selecting anti Zimmerman jurors this case could possibly proceed objectively.
