Testifying before the House committee on May 15, Holder said he was not involved in or aware of any “potential prosecution of the press for the disclosure of material.” He also said it would not be a course of action that he would recommend.
However, just days later the DOJ was forced to admit that the Holder personally signed off on the search warrant to obtain Fox News reporter James Rosen’s personal emails. The affidavit filed accused the reporter of being a likely criminal “co-conspirator” in the leak of sensitive material regarding North Korea’s nuclear program.

nothing will happen... they already have talks where as they are saying he DID NOT mislead the congress...
IN any event, nothing will happen, nothing has nor will...
It's not the first time he lied to congress nor will it be the last. He and his worthless leader (and other democrat politicians) are above the law. They can do whatever they want without consequences while we, the people, pay them big fat salaries with lifetime benefits.
This is why recipients must ALWAYS keep copies of such e-mails. They will cover you down the road.
He should be removed from office. He and obama are dishonest and they make me sick to see and hear them.
