Did she know these males she was seen getting in the car with?
Also info on what she was wearing would be helpful-shoes especially. She could remove the eyebrow jewelery and put a hat on in an attempt to disguise her appearance. A new change of clothes and shoes would be more difficult to obtain.
I fear for this child - as her home life has made this child out of control. The parents who cry the loudest, have screwed up the most.
I know them also 12:32 and couldn't agree more. That is why is it so important to live your life as morally as possible because when something happens, the good, the bad, the ugly, the immoral, the irresponsibility all surface as it should, as a lesson to others who choose this high risk lifestyle.

Well good news for all 13 year old girls. A federal judge on Friday ordered the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to make "morning-after" emergency contraception pills available without a prescription to all girls of reproductive age.
If she were mine, we'd start by losing the eye piercing and the shaved head.
Parents have let this happen. This girl is in grave danger. Sorry the truth is the truth. Mom and dad have let this child walk right into the fire.
