Farmer's Horse Shelter?

BRILLIANT!

Farmer's Horse Shelter

When your local government has their heads up their........, follow this guy! This farmer applied for a permit to build a new shelter for his horses.

He was denied the permit to build it. So he asks the building commission if he could at least build a patio table and chairs for his yard, and they said yes, of course.

So he builds a giant table & chairs which doesn't need a permit.

That is how you beat bureaucracy the old fashion way!

USE COMMON SENSE AND INGENUITY BECAUSE GOVERNMENT WILL NEVER FIGURE IT

This what you have to resort to if you own any property on the water in Maryland. Heavy restrictions for everything.

I had to do this in Florida with a stEEp stair leading to a "Widow's Walk" atop a hip roof. The inspector refused to pass it as it didn't comply with their "2 runs + 1 rise add to 28-30". So, after reading all the code, I made a new sign for the door to the widow's walk, and called for my re-inspection. He had to pass it! The sign? It read "LADDER"!
