This sounds as though muslim jihadist terrorist brothers just intended to do property damage and accidently killed and maimed their victims.

Where's the Capitol murder charge for assassinating the MIT policeman?

According to police the hit and run, attempted murder of his brother? The 30 or so counts of possession of bombs and bomb making materials?

I just do not understand what this Regime is doing.
9000 police officers hot on the trail and containment which he escaped after being wounded, no dogs? For a blood trail? Police slamming on doors, shoving people out of homes hands in the air to be searched after forced running down the street barefoot. I saw many people's rights violated. The whole of Boston was held captive by Government. Marshall law without imposing it officially.
Then to hear the FBI bungled it 2 years ago? Then Obama releases the Saudi? CRIMINAL.
Obama giving a campaign speech at the memorial?? Low class.
Obama finally being impeached/charged or removed from office? Priceless!
